The Challenge
The Project Management Institute (PMI), a global not-for-profit professional organization, wanted to uplevel their annual Global Summit event—the world’s largest in-person event for project professionals. They tasked us with designing and producing an interactive experience that would elevate the PMI brand, showcase their offerings and reinforce their vision for the greater profession.
The Solution
We masterminded a strategic exhibit hall floor journey that brought PMI products and its community to life in tangible and memorable ways.
Activations ranged from simple, but intentional photo moments to an interactive sculpture designed and developed by our in-house team. The sculpture lighting was responsive to attendees’ actions while demoing PMI’s AI tool and was a centerpiece of discussion on the floor.
