The Challenge
This project marked the second year of partnering with the Project Management Institute (PMI) on their annual Global Summit. For 2025, the role expanded to the full life-cycle of the event, including the theme and messaging, visual center, journey and experiences, and onsite production.
The Solution
We masterminded a strategic floor journey and communications toolkit centered on the theme "MORE, Together". We identified 11 distinct audience types and developed a content strategy with tailored tracks to help attendees navigate their experience. To maintain brand cohesion, we created a visual center and design toolkit used to develop over 170 assets, including social media and wayfinding signage. We concepted 25 unique activations that elevated the event's experiential impact, featuring a visually striking Certifications tunnel, an interactive Agile Arcade, and a Membership Pavilion that engaged the community through interactive questionnaires and displays.
ROI
The project delivered 11 audience targets supported by a communications toolkit and design system utilized across 170+ assets. On-site, the experience generated 1,234 photo booth shares and 995 QR code scans across 25 unique activations.
