The Challenge
We were tapped to bring bold energy and interactive fun to the Beats x Madhappy event, designing an activation that felt playful, immersive, and delivered on the hype of free, limited-edition merch.
The Solution
Nothing says “let’s play” like a classic arcade claw machine, especially one decked out in Beats x Madhappy branding. The iconic “b” logo set the stage for a selfie mirror backdrop, while the prize capsules held everything from access to exclusive Beats x Madhappy headphones or Pill speakers to newly dropped Beats Cables and limited-edition event stickers.
No detail was overlooked. Even the tokens were custom-designed with the “b” logo, turning a nostalgic game into a joy-inducing, brand forward experience. The activation drew influencers, fans, and media alike, resulting in coverage from outlets like VIBE, and scroll-stopping content from influential creators.
More than 2,000 claw machine plays were recorded across the event weekend, proving that good design, playful interaction, and a little prize mystery go a long way.
